We are coming to a new age, a more positive and different age unlike the others. Unlike the previous regimes we will go above them all. This age will be the one where we prevail, where we conqueror, and where we triumph. Although there are people who doubt we will succeed without the creator and other people who shall not be named. We will prove them wrong with our strength not only in sizes but our strength within ourselves. We are unusual individuals but each with a unique talent. When you combine those 5 unique talents, you are certain to accomplish.
With that being said its time to revolutionize.

1. Owners
Owners play a big role in our revolution. Sadly some owners will be demoted due to inactivity or other various reasons. The current owners are doing a horrible job and we leaders are planning to replace. Owners will have to step of their game if they are willing to maintain their current role. Owner evaluations will be done every 2-3 months meaning you will be giving a test to prove you are still capable of owner. You are responsible for sometimes posting an events post or any other thing you have in mind. E.g. Recruiting Guide, Fun events, etc.
2. Promoting System
Chaos has always struggled with promoting; however the leaders and I have decided to go a little something like this. Owners are to be promoted through COMMENT elections. Owners can campaign on site with permission on the leaders. To avoid cheating we will be doing as stated and elections will be done in comments. As for mods and members you will take a different path. 4th in commands are going to be decided by the owners or leaders of Chaos. Below 4th in commands you will get what I call “Troop points.” Troop points are somewhat similar to Medals, snowflakes, or any other badge system. Troop points are gained through coming to events, respecting others, obeying rules, and even recruiting can help you gain troop points. These our similar to “Uncle Unks Respect” so keep in mind to do all the above to ensure your promotion. Once you reach a full 50 you will be promoted without question. Mods need 75 and do not try cheating because I will be taking count at how much each of you earn.
3. Divisions
Divisions are something new to Chaos which I have thought of in the passing days. Chaos will have 2 divisions, Mayhem and Riot. These two divisions will battle each other every other week or so. It will be managed by the Owners. Owners will control their division; this not only makes sure Owners are capable of leading but also ensuring us how much effort they are giving. Divisions are going to assigned as of this week this is published and owners will have to take it from there. Divisions will also help make a new combination of tactics. E.g. Riot would do E+D while Mayhem would do E+N. So this will also provide a bit of ‘spice’ to the events.
4. Democracy
Now that WhatsUp11 has been overthrown we will return to Democracy. If you do not know how a Democracy works let me give you the definition. “A system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives.” So yes no one has more power over the other. All I want to say.
5. Rules
Now this is a matter we have never taken seriously, rules. They have been there but no one not even me obeys the rules. That will change during recruiting sessions and such. If there is to be new recruits and or people who find cursing offensive they often end up quitting. So we will not permit that and actions will be taken if you disobey the rules. Demotions and or bans can be a result if you do not follow the rules. Although I am enforcing the rules you will have a time where you are able to do whatever you feel like doing. Owners and Mods it is your responsibility to secure the chat when you are on the rules will be added to the chat by the end of this week.
6. Differences
Odd content but what this means is to forget our differences towards one another. Yes I understand this is not easy for some of you but it is time we forget the grudge we have on one another. It’s for the better; it can stop fights, arguments and even coups. So let’s start being friendlier, yes even I am going to be more respectful to all of you.

9. Fun
Last but not least let’s try to me more kid friendly or fun. I know I am going to sounds like the NDA but Dcp and RPF does this and it seems to work. Basically let’s actually do what the troops want once in a while meaning being more friendly or giving them heads up. Armies like Dcp do well because it’s not all wars and battles it’s actually about Club Penguin and other stuff they like doing. Let’s try being more Uncle Unk. *Wary*
10. Summary
If you were straight up lazy and didn’t bother to read the first 5 words (Orange) then here’s a quick brief of what I talked about. Owners will be tested and may be demoted in the next week. There will be a new promoting system and divisions. We are once again a democracy and now obeying the rules and each other. Active count will take place today and there will be a Leader Plan, for of course leaders. And let’s have Fun shall we?
